1. Who we are
FINIVO.PK ("we", "our", "us") is a cloud-based accounting software platform operated from Pakistan. Our registered address and contact details are available on our contact page.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Account registration details: name, email address, phone number, company name
- Payment information (processed securely by our payment provider β we do not store card numbers)
- Financial data you enter into the platform: invoices, ledger entries, payroll records, inventory data
- Demo and trial requests: name, email, phone, company size, industry, city
- Support communications: messages sent via contact form, WhatsApp, or email
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration, IP address, browser type
- Marketing attribution: UTM parameters from ads, referrer URLs
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Finivo.pk platform
- Process your demo and trial requests and communicate with you about them
- Send transactional emails: account confirmations, invoices, payment receipts
- Send product updates and marketing communications (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- Comply with legal obligations, including FBR reporting requirements
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Analyse platform usage to improve features and user experience
4. Your financial data
Your financial data β ledgers, invoices, payroll records, and all accounting information you enter β belongs to you. We process it solely to provide the platform services. We do not sell, share, or use your financial data for any purpose other than operating the software on your behalf.
Your data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We perform daily backups. Your account data is logically isolated from other customers.
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, analytics) β bound by data processing agreements
- FBR when you submit digital invoices through our FBR integration β required by law
- Law enforcement when legally required by a valid court order or government authority
6. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your session, measure website performance, and understand how visitors find and use our site. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with IP anonymisation enabled. You can opt out of analytics tracking by declining cookies when prompted.
7. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and for 3 years after closure, to comply with tax and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time β see Section 9.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Export your data in a portable format (CSV or JSON)
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time
